1. Data Storage: Recidle.com preserves your band moniker, settings, and scores strictly in your device's browser localStorage.

2. Audio & Performance: Real-time audio synthesis runs entirely through the client-side Web Audio API without network transmission.

3. Fonts: Typefaces (Sora, Bungee, Metal Mania, Rock Salt, Inter, Press Start 2P) load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when they are fetched.

4. Your data, your control: Recidle has no accounts, ads, analytics, trackers or cookies. Scores and settings stay in this browser's local storage and are never sent to us. Our host (Cloudflare) may log standard request data such as IP address for security and delivery. Recidle collects no personal information and is not directed at children under 13; where local law requires, players under 16 need a parent or guardian's permission. Sound can be loud, so lower your volume first, and the game contains flashing lights and strobe effects that may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy.

5. Riff-Off links: Head to Head Mode (the Riff-Off page) stores each band's name, answers and tiers inside the challenge link itself (encoded, not secure). Nothing is sent to or kept on a server, so share those links only with people you want to see that data.
